You may not be using the most recent version of Windows Media Player (ver 7.1 or higher). Click here to download a free copy.

The server may be busy. You can try again at some other time.

Try using the lower bandwidth connection [56k/Cable/DSL]

Download the video onto your hard drive and then view the video. You can delete the video afterwards.

Instructions: Right click on the link, select 'Save Target As ...' and then indicate where you want the file to be stored on your hard drive (for example, desktop). The lower bandwidth files are relatively small (about 20 megabytes).
